Tool Point accepts invited guest contributors to publish practical and original content for users of our free online tools.

We prioritize content that solves real workflow problems and helps readers get better outcomes quickly.

Who Can Contribute

  • Contributors who can provide actionable steps and examples
  • Verified profiles only, no anonymous submissions

Content Types We Accept

  • Use-case driven case studies
  • Tool workflows and comparisons
  • Practical SEO, writing, productivity, and dev content

Quality Standards (Required)

  • Original content only, not published elsewhere
  • Accurate and updated claims at submission time
  • Clear structure with descriptive H2 and H3 headings
  • Actionable advice with examples or real scenarios
  • Recommended length: 1,200 to 2,500 words
  • No filler, keyword stuffing, or thin rewritten content

AI-Assisted Writing Policy

AI drafting support is allowed, but low-effort AI output is not accepted.

  • Fact-check all claims manually before submission
  • Remove fabricated examples, citations, and statistics
  • Ensure final copy reflects human editorial judgment
  • Contributors remain fully responsible for accuracy

Submission Format and Editorial Process

Submit drafts in Google Docs or Markdown with:

  • SEO title and 140 to 160 character meta description
  • Suggested slug and heading hierarchy
  • Relevant internal link opportunities
  • Source links for factual claims

Our process includes relevance review, editorial revisions, quality checks, and final publication scheduling. We may edit titles, structure, links, and formatting.
